- What sort of homes will you be building?
We will be creating 1465 homes in total, predominantly low rise high quality mixed tenure housing. We will be focusing on sustainable homes, with low energy solutions to meet the 60% carbon dioxide emissions reduction target. We will be building a mixture of houses and apartments for social and private housing. The private housing will be offered at affordable levels, within the reach of first time buyers and buyers in the area.

- When can we buy these homes?
The first phase will be 700 homes which will be available for the Games and buyers will be moving into these properties from Oct 2014. Another 765 will be constructed after the Games.

We will be creating 620 jobs, including 84 apprentices. We anticipate that several hundred more jobs will be created indirectly.
